Today's ride from Crestview to Marianna was 94 miles, and other than that pretty unremarkable. So, it was long, rolling hills, pine trees, swamps, turtles and even alligators. And again, blue sky, big sun, light breeze, some clouds...warm...
We started followed Route 90, which parallels Interstate 10. So our saying for the day was 90 on the 90 in the 90's....
We did discuss riding circles in the parking lot to get to 100 miles so we could have another "century" ride, but after climbing the last hills into town, being hot and tired, we gave that up.
Hard to imagine that one week from today we'll be rolling into St. Augustine......
So, like our ride today, this blog post is unremarkable...

I remember having the same thought 2 years ago after 90 on 90 but came to the same decision. Enjoy these last few days on the tour. You are in for some great feelings as you ride into St. Augustine. One of our women on the 2008 tour made a list of things to remember as you re-enter the "real" world. "Don't put a white plastic chair out in the driveway and expect dinner."
